I am so happy to share how this LELONG-looked house had become NEW and FRESH.
The house had been left for 10 years. But now, as the son want to live in this house, we decided to make some makeover renovation to make it more lively and comfortable.
 
So, let's see how this house had changed overall and the cost is just around 30k including materials and labours.
This is an intermediate 1st storey house in Sungai Buloh
 
Renovation job that I have been done for this house :
 
1. New painted for the whole house
2. Plaster celing for hall and rooms.
3. Decorative lights.
4. Repair wiring
5. Build the brick wall to separate between the house and neighbour.
6. Fix BRC gate (anticlimb , anti-theft gate) for in front and the back.
7. Tiles and new WC for toilet.
