kW does not = to flame power. it is just the gas input. From the many brands that i have tested, asian design hobs with 4kW and above is consider strong but do not compare home use hob with those hawker center or restaurant hobs, those are totally on a different level and none of the home use hobs are as strong as those.
Tested as shown below, Fotile GCG 90301 with eco burner design 3.8kW is stronger than other brand 4.5kW
